Herbalife pancakes are the best! Trust me on this. Pancakes can be made with a lot of variation and recipes. And yes, it’s also possible to simply use your Herbalife shake mix. I shared the nutritional information at the bottom, so you’ll know when it can be fit into your daily menu. Yes, it’s slightly higher than an average breakfast shake, but it’s also more filling. So a nice change for the standard breakfast/lunch. Or a festive meal for the weekends and holidays!
Here is the recipe I use:
- 2 scoops Formula 1 (I prefer toffee, apple, cinnamon)
- 2 scoops Protein Drink Mix
- 3 small eggs
- 1/2 cup of water
Break the eggs in a bowl and add all the other ingredients. Whisk well. Heat a baking pan with for example coconut oil. Pour two spoons of pancake mix in the pan and fry until golden brown on each side. Bake all of the mix into pancakes. You decide how thick, and which size.
Decorate your Herbalife pancakes with fruit, jam or honey. You could also add sugarfree syrup, or chocolate sauce. Whatever you like. Or just have them natural!
