Getting fit is all about having trust.
You start highly motivated, change your mealplan – or better said, you set up at mealplan – and you start exercising. But that is not the hardest part. The hardest part is to stick with it.

We are so used to wanting to see results immediately. That’s the deal right, you give up your beloved chocolate, so you wake up skinny the next day? Nah-ah. Keep on dreaming!

Immediate change is impossible on a body transformation journey. You won’t see results on day 1, nor day 2. Maybe not even in the first week, or the second. The first changes aren’t to be seen on the scale, you’re body starts detoxifying and there will be small changes deep inside of you, in your body cells. The only thing proving that your body is about to transform, is your new lifestyle.
If you are sure your plan is good, just have trust. Have trust in yourself, have trust in your meal plan and your workouts.

The transformation will come!

And if you give up because the scale doesn’t show results fast enough, there is one thing you know for sure. You can trust that you will never get there.
