It’s a little confronting lol, my picture underneath this post – but the whole point is that this is about to change!
I joined the Herbalife level 10 pilot challenge. A challenge of 45 days in which you strive to get to the best version of yourself. You get to choose where you want to put your focus on.
- Losing weight
- Shred fat mass, or
- Gain muscle mass
The before picture is taken on day 1 – friday the 16th of January. It shows my name, weight, fat percentage – and no worries, my fat free mass. 45 kg is definitely not my goal weight!
On day 45, the 2nd of March I’ll post my after pic.
What I will do to get to my goal?
Well, my daily calorie goal is 1600 kcal, with at least 95 gr of protein. As exercise I will mainly have bodyweight workouts.
