Recipe: Avocado Hummus

Ingredients (6 servings)

  • 2 small ripe avocado’s
  • 400 gr chickpeas, can
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 ts ground coriandre
  • 1/4 ts ground cumin
  • 1/4 ts chilli powder
  • 2 tbs lemon juice
  • sea salt

Preparation
Grind all the ingredients together in a food processor.
If you don’t have a food processor, you could use a blender or go oldfashioned – with a fork.
